A visionary leader and strategic growth architect, adept at ​spearheading operations and scaling businesses. Combining ​her experiences in multiple areas of sales, she notably ​created a unique sales and follow up process. Dallas’ ability ​to build a relational sales process inevitably increases ​conversions and continues to grow revenue.

With a robust background in healthcare management and a keen focus on ​enhancing patient relations, Dallas’ recent transition to entrepreneurship ​embodies a commitment to excellence in relationship management and ​business development. Her mission is to elevate small businesses & growth-​minded practices through innovative solutions that resonate with their desire to ​be exemplary. With 15 plus years of sales experience, her tenure as Chief ​Operating Officer at Clearsight Center, and her servant leadership style she is ​always striving to provide knowledge and advancement to those around her.


Dallas received her Masters of Business Administration from Friends University. ​In her spare time, she enjoys being active in the community, spending time with ​her family and many close friends. Dallas enjoys hosting, cooking, and ​spending time in her home where everyone is welcome. Dallas stays active ​through, cycling, yoga, functional fitness and with her Blue Heeler, Mini Pearl.
